We like our mochas, right? We like our coffee and our chocolate, and putting those together equals awesome. As long as they blend right, that is. Because we’ve all had that barista mix oily cocoa mix with acidic coffee.
I am drinking what I call a Mexican Mocha. It’s spicy and deep and decadent. Cayenne, dark bittersweet chocolate, and an intense espresso hit make for a very happy E. And everyone likes me when I’m happy. I’m a burning ball of sunshine.
